Experience:

Screenwriting: I’ve worked with production companies in LA, NYC, and Beijing. I’ve had screenplays optioned by a number of companies, including Cassian Elwes’ Elevated (Dallas Buyers Club, Mudbound) and former Disney executive Steve Sahlein’s Empire Media Partners (The Comeback Trail). My work has trended and earned awards on Franklin Leonard’s Black List site, scoring in the top percent of thousands of scripts, in addition to earning quarterfinal recognition through ScreenCraft’s horror competition, and quarterfinal (top one percent) and semifinal (top .4 percent) placement in Script Pipeline’s elite screenwriting competition.

While working at Hooked (which was a leading Young Adult (YA) mobile streamer/fiction/audio story platform for Gen Z, with investors that included WME/Endeavor, Ashton Kutcher, and the Chernin Group), I adapted and wrote original screenplays. I also wrote and produced TV pilots and shorts for HookedTV, in addition to fiction for the Hooked fiction app. My stories had 6.7 million reads. My short films had 132 million views. Genres: YA romance/romantic comedy, YA horror/thriller.

Comedy Writing: I'm currently a sketch writer for an Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB) Maude Team, and a writer-performer for Chimp Cocktail, an off-broadway sketch comedy show in residency at the Players Theatre and slated for a three-show run at the 2025 Edinburgh Fringe Festival. I’ve written for Boogie Manja, and my prose comedy has been published by McSweeney’s and The Weekly Humorist. My sketches have been performed live at the Peoples Improv Theater (PIT), UCB, Second City, and the Brooklyn Comedy Collective (BCC).

Comedy Acting: As mentioned, I’m a performer for Chimp Cocktail. I was selected to be a member of a PIT Ensemble Improv Team for 2023-2024, and as a performer for a PIT Characters Showcase in March 2024, executive produced by SNL alumnus Ali Reza Farahnakian. Spring of 2024, I auditioned for and was admitted into the Second City Conservatory. I have performed in over 100 improv and sketch shows, including ones at the Magnet Theater, UCB, the BCC, Second City, and the PIT.
